Job Description

A Community Outreach Liaison educates the public about Inflight Cuisine home delivered meals programs and resources that promote physical and healthy eating. We are looking for an outreach liaison for Pittsburgh, PA. Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with senior management, physicians, clinicians, admissions, and members of the business development team and the public. Serve as a spokesperson for Inflight Cuisine - actively working to raise visibility and ensure that the organization is effectively presented to the public. This position requires localized travel to referral sources such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior facilities, as well as home visits to potential clients. Occasional weekend hours may be required to attend events. Proven successful marketing outcomes in senior living services, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Pharmaceutical Sales or Home Health. The Community Outreach Liaison proactively seeks out opportunities to meet referral sources and build positive working relationships in order to build referrals. Visit healthcare facilities, hospital discharge planners, social workers, clinics, and eldercare facilities in order to generate referrals. Meet or exceed established sales targets. Generate client referrals from professional referral sources. Represent company professionally and knowledgeably in the healthcare community. Strengthen and maintain existing referral sources. Develop a marketing plan for new or existing territory. Seek, develop and participate in marketing opportunities in the community. Establish working rapport with health care professionals in the territory.
