As a recipient of the North Carolina GROW Charter School Planning & Implementation Grant, we are building our founding team to prepare for our August 2027 opening. Position Summary The Enrollment & Recruitment Coordinator will lead student recruitment efforts during the Planning Year and serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and families. This position is responsible for executing outreach strategies that build awareness, increase enrollment interest, and support the academy's student recruitment goals. Responsibilities Develop and execute annual student recruitment plans. Represent CBA at community events, career fairs, churches, nonprofits, and school events. Build partnerships with middle schools, youth organizations, recreation centers, and community leaders. Conduct information sessions and school tours. Manage student interest forms and enrollment databases. Follow up with prospective families through phone, email, and text communication. Coordinate recruitment campaigns alongside the Marketing Department. Track enrollment metrics and provide weekly reports. Assist with lottery, admissions, and enrollment documentation. Plan recruitment events and family engagement opportunities. Work evenings and weekends as needed for community outreach. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in education, nonprofit, admissions, recruitment, sales, or community outreach preferred. Strong communication and public speaking skills. Excellent organizational skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Passion for educational equity and youth development.
