CLIENT OUTREACH COORDINATOR
Job Summary Now PR is seeking an individual to join our public relations team in Las Vegas. The Client Outreach Coordinator is responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients. The role serves as the first point of contact for potential customers, helping to generate interest in the company's services and coordinating with the management team.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong networking and relationship-building abilities Comfortable conducting outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and social media Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and follow-ups simultaneously Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Canva Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus Previous experience in sales, marketing, public relations, customer relations, or business development preferred Ability to represent the agency professionally in meetings, networking events, and community functions Must be comfortable speaking with founders, executives, business owners, and potential clients Reliable transportation and ability to attend networking events when needed Strong interest in public relations, marketing, branding, and business growth
Responsibilities:
Identify and research prospective clients Conduct daily outreach to potential clients and strategic partners Schedule introductory calls and meetings for agency leadership Follow up with leads and maintain outreach pipelines Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients Assist with proposal preparation and client onboarding Attend networking events and represent the agency professionally Meet monthly outreach and client acquisition goals Must reside and be very familiar with the Las Vegas community

From $15.00 per hour
