We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven outreach professional to help expand community awareness and develop professional referral relationships throughout the Phoenix and Scottsdale area. Position Overview The Clinical Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with community partners and referral sources including hospitals, therapists, social workers, sober living homes, detox facilities, case managers, and healthcare providers. This individual will represent the organization professionally within the behavioral health community and assist in growing awareness of our services. Responsibilities Develop and maintain professional relationships with referral sources and community partners Conduct in-person outreach visits to hospitals, treatment centers, sober living homes, therapy offices, and community organizations Educate providers and partners on company services, programming, and admissions processes Coordinate networking meetings, presentations, and outreach events Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with referral partners Track outreach activity and relationship development efforts Collaborate with admissions and clinical teams to support continuity of care Represent the company in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner at all times Qualifications Experience in behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, healthcare outreach, admissions, case management, or related fields preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Professional understanding of confidentiality and ethical conduct Existing relationships within the Arizona behavioral health community are a plus Reliable transportation required for local outreach Compensation Flexible 1099 independent contractor opportunity Performance-based incentive structure tied to outreach, business development, and community partnership activities Flexible schedule Compensation is structured in accordance with applicable healthcare marketing and referral compliance guidelines and is not based on the value or volume of patient referrals.
