This role is responsible for building visibility, generating interest in financial education programming, and creating genuine connections that grow our network of clients, partners, and future team members. You'll represent the agency at community events, build relationships with local organizations and professionals, and open doors that lead to lasting opportunities — for the people you meet and for the agency itself. Responsibilities Attend networking events, vendor fairs, expos, conferences, and community gatherings as a representative of the agency Build and nurture relationships with community members, local professionals, and organizational partners Share information about financial literacy workshops, wealth-building seminars, and agency events Invite prospects to attend company overviews, educational workshops, and informational sessions Identify motivated, talented individuals in the community who may be a strong fit for opportunities within the agency, and naturally open conversations about those paths when the moment fits Collect contact information from interested individuals and maintain an organized outreach pipeline Schedule appointments, event registrations, and follow-up meetings Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all outreach activity Provide weekly activity reports to leadership Collaborate with agency leadership to align outreach efforts with broader growth goals Attend virtual and in-person trainings to build product knowledge and represent the business accurately and confidently Performance Expectations Attend assigned events and networking opportunities consistently Generate qualified leads and referrals for both client and team growth Consistently promote agency workshops and educational events Maintain a positive, professional, and approachable image at all times Build a reliable pipeline of community contacts and follow through on relationship-building Qualifications No prior experience in outreach or recruiting is required — we welcome motivated individuals from all backgrounds. The following are beneficial but not mandatory: Background in sales, community engagement, customer service, or other people-facing roles Strong relationship-building and communication skills Comfort with public speaking, networking, and representing an organization at events Knowledge of the financial services or insurance industry is a plus Familiarity with social media outreach, marketing, or grassroots community engagement Bilingual or multilingual abilities, reflecting our commitment to building a diverse and inclusive community presence Why Join Us This role is an opportunity to be the connector your community needs — someone who brings people together, shares valuable financial education, and helps others discover paths they didn't know were available to them.
