As our primary growth and partnership development lead, you will identify, develop, and secure school and community partnerships that drive enrollment, expand program opportunities, and increase organizational revenue.
ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new school and community partnership opportunities throughout DC, MD, and surrounding areasConduct outreach, schedule meetings, and deliver presentations to school administrators and community leadersNegotiate and secure partnership agreements that generate enrollment and program revenueMaintain and strengthen existing partner relationships to maximize long-term engagementRepresent Discover Fun Camp at networking events, community functions, and school visitsTrack partnership pipeline activity and report on progress toward growth goalsCollaborate with camp leadership to align partnership opportunities with program capacityQualificationsDemonstrated experience in sales, business development, community outreach, or partnership managementExcellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to diverse audiencesSelf-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervisionFamiliarity with the Washington, DC and Maryland school and community landscape preferredPassion for youth programming, education, or child development strongly preferredReliable transportation required for school visits and in-person meetingsProficiency with basic digital tools (email, scheduling, Google Workspace or similar)Associate degree or higher in business, education, or related field.
