Hours Per Week Salary:
$62,000-$72,000 per year + annual performance bonus + mileage reimbursement
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Occasional evenings and weekends required for community events, presentations, and outreach activities.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) About The Crossroads The Crossroads is a CARF-accredited Adult Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) serving adults throughout Maryland. We partner with individuals living with serious mental illness to improve independence, stability, and quality of life through person-centered, community-based rehabilitation services. Our mission is to empower participants by supporting independent living skills, community integration, employment goals, symptom management, and overall wellness. We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven, and innovative Community Partnerships & Outreach Coordinator to serve as an ambassador for The Crossroads throughout Maryland. This is not a traditional sales position. This role focuses on building trusted community partnerships, increasing awareness of behavioral health resources, developing sustainable referral networks, and helping The Crossroads grow through strategic community engagement. Position Summary The Community Partnerships & Outreach Coordinator will establish and maintain referral relationships throughout Maryland with hospitals, outpatient mental health clinics, psychiatric providers, social workers, housing organizations, recovery programs, and community organizations. The position will also help increase organizational visibility by attending events, coordinating outreach activities, assisting with marketing initiatives, supporting social media efforts, and helping maintain technology systems that track growth and partnerships. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to build a career that combines behavioral health, community engagement, healthcare operations, technology, and organizational growth. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesCommunity Partnerships & Referral Development (35%) Build and maintain referral relationships throughout Maryland. Conduct outreach to hospitals, OMHCs, psychiatric practices, PMHNPs, social workers, housing organizations, and community organizations. Schedule and attend partnership meetings. Deliver introductory presentations. Conduct routine follow-up with referral partners. Identify opportunities to expand referral networks. Community Events & Outreach (25%) Represent The Crossroads at: Health fairs Resource fairs Farmers markets Wellness expos Community festivals Faith-based events Senior expos Recovery events County events Responsibilities include: Registering for events Coordinating event logistics Setting up event booths Distributing marketing materials Networking with organizations Collecting contact information Scheduling follow-up meetings Social Media & Community Awareness (10%) Support organizational visibility through: Facebook LinkedIn Instagram Responsibilities include: Event announcements Partnership spotlights Educational content Community resource sharing Success stories (while maintaining HIPAA compliance) Marketing & Graphic Design Support (10%) Assist with creating: Flyers Brochures Event materials Presentation decks Resource guides Recruitment materials QR code cards Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design platforms is highly desirable. Technology & Data Management (10%) Utilize technology systems to support organizational growth.

Monthly Performance Expectations Employees are expected to: Contact 30 organizations. Conduct 6 partnership meetings. Attend 4 community events. Deliver 1 educational presentation. Complete 20 follow-up activities. Establish 3 new referral partnerships. Support participant admissions growth efforts. Performance evaluations will focus on outreach activities, relationship building, professionalism, organization, and overall contribution to organizational growth rather than participant enrollment numbers alone. Territory Coverage Travel throughout Maryland is required.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Professional demeanor and presentation skills. Work Environment Hybrid work environment:
25% office-based work 50% community-based outreach 25% remote administrative work Travel throughout Maryland is required. Mileage reimbursement will be provided in accordance with company policy.
