Job Description
Bilingual Hispanic Community Outreach & Marketing Representative (Part-Time) Shipon Law Associates, P.C. - Jenkintown, PA Help Make a Difference in the Hispanic Community Shipon Law Associates has proudly represented disabled and injured individuals for over 30 years. We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and compassionate bilingual (Spanish/English) Community Outreach & Marketing Representative who is passionate about helping the Hispanic community throughout Pennsylvania. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and making a meaningful impact. The position starts part-time (approximately 20 hours per week) and has the potential to grow into a full-time career. Position Overview Approximately 10 hours per week working in our Jenkintown office performing light administrative and secretarial duties. Approximately 10 hours per week representing our firm in the community through outreach and marketing efforts. Community Outreach Responsibilities Build relationships with Hispanic businesses, churches, community organizations, and local leaders. Attend community events, health fairs, festivals, and networking functions. Introduce our firm and educate the community about Social Security Disability and personal injury legal services. Distribute marketing materials and help expand our presence throughout the Hispanic community. Develop new referral sources and maintain existing relationships. Assist with social media content and community engagement. Office Responsibilities Answer phones and greet clients. Assist with scheduling appointments. Perform light clerical and administrative tasks. Translate for Spanish-speaking clients when needed. Help create a welcoming and compassionate experience for every client. Qualifications Fluent in Spanish and English (required). Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with people from all backgrounds. Passion for serving the Hispanic community. Strong communication and organizational skills. Reliable transportation for community outreach. Marketing, customer service, sales, or community outreach experience is preferred but not required.
