This role combines client intake responsibilities with outreach and relationship-building to industry partners to expand awareness of the value of our services. ​ Must live in Colorado, preferably the Denver metro area Competence with Zoom, Outlook Email, OneDrive, Google Drive, Adobe, navigating CRM software, Microsoft Word & Excel, working independently, & written communication are a must. Key Responsibilities include responding promptly to phone calls, emails, and online inquiries. Conducting initial intake conversations with potential clients, providing information about the mediation process & our various services. Scheduling & maintaining accurate client records. Ensuring a welcoming, professional, and supportive experience for all clients & team. Assisting with marketing initiatives, including networking events, and referral outreach. Building and maintaining relationships with professionals (therapists, financial planners, attorneys, etc.) who may refer clients. Supporting the development of educational materials, newsletters, and social media content. Providing general administrative support to the team. This job does have a sales aspect to it. ​ Position is $25/hour, with bonus potential, 1099 & fully remote, with mostly flexible hours approximating 15-20/week. Monday morning zoom meetings are required. You must be able to receive and/or schedule calls between the hours of 8am-5pm Monday- Friday (time blocking within that time frame, required).
