$25/hour base + annual performance bonus (50-100% of base) Position Overview Contemporary Care is hiring a Marketing & Outreach Lead to grow patient referrals and strengthen community partnerships for its behavioral health and psychiatric services, including TMS and Ketamine programs. The role is hands-on and field-based: visiting referral sources, building provider relationships, and turning those relationships into a steady, tracked referral pipeline — with the opportunity to help grow the outreach effort over time. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, therapists, hospitals, discharge planners, schools, employers, and community organizations. Conduct in-person outreach and networking across the assigned territory on a planned weekly schedule. Identify and open net-new referral sources, not only service existing ones. Represent TMS and Ketamine programs accurately to referring providers. Log every meaningful contact, referral source, and next step in the CRM - same day. Coordinate with the website and marketing vendors on social content, campaigns, and community events. Report outreach activity and referral outcomes to leadership on a set cadence. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered. Experience in healthcare outreach, physician liaison, provider relations, business development, or healthcare sales preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Self-directed; able to manage own schedule and territory with minimal supervision. Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory. Preferred Experience Behavioral health, psychiatry, hospital, or medical practice background. Existing relationships with referral sources in the target market. Familiarity with patient referral workflows and healthcare operations. Success Measures Net-new active referral sources opened (target set with leadership at start). Consistent weekly outreach activity logged in the CRM. Referrals converted to scheduled patient appointments. Accurate, current CRM records with a clear next step on every account.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
