Job Description

The Outreach and Fundraising Coordinator is responsible for leading and implementing a comprehensive fundraising, communications, and community engagement strategy to advance the mission of SafeQuest Solano. This position oversees all aspects of outreach and fundraising including individual giving, corporate partnerships, events, and donor relations while also managing public outreach, marketing, and community partnerships to increase awareness and support. Essential Job Functions Fundraising Develop and execute an annual fundraising plan aligned with organizational goals and budget needs. Cultivate, solicit, and steward donors at all giving levels, including individuals, foundations, and corporations. Participate in major fundraising events and campaigns. Work with local businesses and maintain relationships with community partners. Work with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to strengthen donor engagement and board-led fundraising efforts. Outreach & Communications Oversee organization's communications strategy. Represent the organization at community events, coalitions, and public speaking engagements. Build and sustain relationships with partner agencies, businesses, and local leaders. Develop and distribute outreach materials to raise awareness of the organization's programs and impact. Physical and Sensory Requirements (with or without mechanical devices): 1. Must be able to sit, stand, bend, walk, carry, reach, communicate verbally and in writing and have good interpersonal skills 2. Must be able to cope with mental and emotional stress of the position 3. May be required to push, pull and move equipment, supplies, etc. in excess of fifty (50) pounds 4. The ability to drive a vehicle and to transport yourself to various locations. 5. Vision for near/far distances, and the ability to hear conversations. 6. The ability to receive and convey detailed instructions or ideas accurately, audibly and quickly on the telephone. 7. The capacity to prepare and/or review communications on computer, on paper, in files. SafeQuest Solano is an equal opportunity employer. Pay:
$25.92 - $31.21 per hour
