Charlotte, NC (Flexible / Part-Time) Kinderdance Charlotte is looking for an energetic and outgoing Outreach Coordinator to help expand our children's dance and enrichment programs into local preschools, daycares, private schools, and community centers. This is a flexible, commission-based opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building relationships, and working within the local family and education community. Responsibilities Reach out to preschools, daycares, Montessori schools, and after-school programs Introduce and promote Kinderdance enrichment programs Schedule meetings, demos, or trial classes with school directors Build relationships with school administrators and community partners Follow up with leads and maintain communication Help grow Kinderdance presence across the Charlotte area Compensation $100 commission for every school successfully acquired and onboarded Flexible schedule Opportunity for long-term growth as programs expand Ideal Candidate Friendly, confident, and self-motivated Strong communication and networking skills Comfortable speaking with school directors and parents Organized and proactive with follow-ups Background in education, childcare, dance, sales, or community outreach is a plus Local connections within Charlotte schools or parent communities are a bonus About Kinderdance Kinderdance is a developmental dance and movement program that combines dance, gymnastics, music, and educational concepts for young children in schools and community settings.

Pay:

$23.90 - $28.78 per hour
