The primary goal is to generate paid attendee registrations through social media promotion, Live videos, audience engagement, and in-person community outreach. Responsibilities Create engaging videos personally talking about and promoting the event. Go LIVE on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and/or other social media platforms to promote the event and encourage followers to attend. Promote through Lives, Reels, Stories, posts, videos, and other appropriate social media content. Actively interact with followers, answer questions, and encourage paid ticket registrations. Share the provided registration link and assigned promotional link/code with your audience. Must tag the event organizer/business or provide a direct link to promotional posts, videos, Stories, or Live content so promotional activity can be viewed and verified. Conduct approximately 2 hours of in-person community outreach per weekend for 4 weekends at assigned Orlando-area locations. Professionally approach community members and share event information, flyers, QR codes, and registration information where permitted. Outreach may include Lake Eola Park and other high-traffic Orlando community locations . Promote the event consistently leading up to the event. Assist on event day for approximately 4 hours with attendee check-in, welcoming and directing guests, attendee engagement, social media content/Live coverage, and general event support. Requirements Minimum 5,000 active social media followers; 10,000+ preferred . Must have an active and engaged social media audience , not simply a high follower count. Orlando/Central Florida followers strongly preferred. Must be comfortable and confident on camera and going LIVE . Must personally appear in promotional videos and talk about the event. Must regularly interact and engage with followers. Must be comfortable approaching and speaking with people during in-person Orlando outreach. Must be available for scheduled community outreach and event-day assistance. Previous influencer, event promotion, marketing, or community outreach experience preferred. Must be reliable, outgoing, professional, and results-focused.

Compensation Community Outreach:

$15/hour for approximately 2 hours per weekend for 4 weekends ( approximately $120 total ).

Event-Day Assistance:

$15/hour for approximately 4 hours ( $60 total ). The $60 will be paid after completion of the event-day shift.

Attendee Registration Incentive:

Additional $5 for each verified paid attendee registration generated through your assigned promotional link or code. The $5-per-registration incentive will be calculated and paid after the event based on verified qualifying paid registrations. Social media promotional expectations and compensation will be agreed upon before work begins based on required promotional content and deliverables. Complete event details, promotional materials, registration links, assigned tracking link/code, and specific outreach instructions will be provided to the selected candidate.

$15.00 per hour
