About Us Faith & Blessings Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting families navigating infertility, IVF, adoption, foster care, and family-building journeys. Through educational programs, community events, support groups, and financial assistance initiatives, we provide hope and resources to families pursuing their dreams of parenthood. We are seeking a motivated Sponsorship & Partnership Coordinator to help build relationships with businesses, organizations, and community partners that share our mission. Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sponsorship & Partnership Coordinator to join our team and drive strategic collaborations that elevate our organization's visibility and impact. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders to secure funding, resources, and mutually beneficial opportunities. Your energetic approach will help foster long-term alliances, enhance our outreach efforts, and support our mission through innovative partnership strategies. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful initiatives while honing your skills in relationship management, fundraising, and strategic planning. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, relationship building, sales, fundraising, or community outreach. This is a flexible, remote position with growth opportunities as the organization expands. Responsibilities Identify potential sponsors and partners through research and outreach efforts to expand organizational networks Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing sponsors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction Develop compelling grant proposals and sponsorship packages aligned with organizational goals and partner interests Manage databases and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions, sponsorship commitments, and partnership progress Coordinate partnership activities, including event planning, promotional campaigns, and joint initiatives that maximize visibility for all parties involved Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for collaboration and fundraising growth Prepare detailed reports on partnership outcomes, sponsorship revenue, and engagement metrics to inform strategic planning Qualifications Preferred Experience in sales, fundraising, marketing, business development, or community outreach Strong communication skills Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers Organized and detail-oriented Self-motivated and able to work independently Not Required Nonprofit experience College degree Prior sponsorship experience Training will be provided.
