This role is responsible for creating a positive volunteer experience while assisting with community outreach, event support, communication, and volunteer engagement. The ideal candidate is relational, adaptable, detail-oriented, and passionate about serving others in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Responsibilities Recruit and onboard volunteers Coordinate volunteer schedules and event support Maintain volunteer records and communication Assist with outreach and community engagement Support staff and program needs as needed Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently Experience with volunteers, events, or nonprofit work preferred Proficient with basic computer systems and email communication This position plays an important role in helping create meaningful volunteer experiences while supporting the mission and impact of our organization.
