In this role, your primary responsibility is to contact apartment communities, residential buildings, property managers, event organizers, grocery stores, retail businesses, community organizations, and local festivals to secure opportunities for our team to set up informational tables. You won't be selling directly—you'll be responsible for keeping our field team busy by consistently scheduling new locations where we can educate customers about their energy supply options and other services we offer.
WE DON'T SELL FROM OUR TABLES
Responsibilities Make outbound phone calls and send emails to property managers, event coordinators, and businesses. Schedule table opportunities at apartment buildings, residential communities, community events, fairs, festivals, farmers market and local businesses. Build relationships with community organizations and venue managers. Research new outreach opportunities daily. Maintain an organized calendar of upcoming events and appointments. Follow up with contacts to secure recurring opportunities. Track leads and outreach activity in a spreadsheet or CRM. Coordinate schedules with the field team.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls. Friendly, professional, and confident on the phone. Organized and detail-oriented. Persistent and self-motivated. Excellent at building relationships. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Experienced in customer service, outreach, event coordination, or business development (preferred but not required).
