It is a 12-month, full-time research grant position with benefits as part of

to families, child care providers, organizations, employers, and the community through trainings, conferences, community events, and meetings. This position requires reliable transportation and the ability to travel to conduct/attend on-site outreach events, meetings, and community events and perform other job duties throughout the state. This position also requires work outside of typical business hours (evenings, weekends). Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience Requires a bachelor's degree in a job related field and 2 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience. Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, education, business, or other related field with minimum of 2 years of work experience that includes any of the following: training, outreach, marketing, event planning, administrative roles, logistics, or development. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Knowledge of marketing and outreach strategies, experience in public speaking, strong organizational and time management skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Computer skills that include Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and web-based software applications.
