We are growing and looking for an energetic, organized, people-focused individual to help support both the daily flow of our clinics and the continued growth of our community presence. This is a unique hybrid role combining: healthcare office coordination patient experience scheduling & communication community outreach relationship building light marketing and growth initiatives Position Summary The Office & Community Relations Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for patients, families, and community partners. This individual helps create an exceptional patient experience while also assisting with practice growth through outreach, relationship building, and promotion of clinic services. We are looking for someone who is: personable and professional highly organized proactive and dependable comfortable communicating with patients and providers excited about health, wellness, and community engagement ResponsibilitiesOffice Coordination & Patient Support Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries Schedule and coordinate appointments Assist with patient check-in/check-out Maintain efficient provider schedules Support front office operations and communication Help improve patient retention and overall patient experience Assist with administrative tasks as needed Community Outreach & Growth Build relationships with local physicians, schools, gyms, and community organizations Deliver marketing materials and assist with referral development Help promote physical therapy, Pilates, wellness memberships, and specialty services Assist with community events and networking opportunities Support social media and marketing initiatives when needed Help grow awareness of clinic services within the Knoxville community Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable speaking with patients, providers, and community partners Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Experience in healthcare, wellness, customer service, sales, or office coordination preferred Experience with scheduling software and phone systems is a plus Reliable transportation required for outreach activities Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay or salary based on experience Bonus opportunities based on growth initiatives and performance Flexible and supportive team environment Opportunity for professional growth within a rapidly growing practice Wellness and movement-focused workplace culture Ideal Candidate This role is ideal for someone who enjoys: connecting with people creating positive experiences building community relationships helping a growing business thrive working in a fast-paced but supportive healthcare environment
