POSITION OVERVIEW
Stephanie's Compassionate Care Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Community Outreach & Marketing to lead all field marketing, outreach, and referral operations. This individual will oversee multiple teams and be directly responsible for: Generating new client leads Building community partnerships Managing outreach staff Driving company growth
RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
Team Leadership & Oversight Manage and supervise all outreach-related roles: Street Team (flyer distribution team) Home Care Liaison (facility relationships) Referral Agents (client & staff referrals) Marketing Team ✔ Hire, train, and develop staff ✔ Set performance expectations ✔ Hold team accountable for results 2. Growth & Lead Generation Strategy Develop and execute outreach strategies
Increase:
Leads Consultations Client admissions Identify high-conversion areas and opportunities 3. Territory & Operations Management Assign zones, hospitals, and coverage areas Ensure no overlap or wasted effort Monitor field activity and effectiveness 4. Performance Tracking & Reporting Track and report on: Flyers distributed & signatures Leads generated Client conversions Team productivity Provide weekly reports to owner 5. Community & Facility Relationships Build relationships with: Hospitals Nursing homes Rehab centers Community organizations Represent the company professionally 6.
Marketing Oversight Oversee promotional efforts:
Flyer campaigns Community events Local outreach initiatives Ensure brand consistency 7. Recruitment & Expansion Recruit new: Street team members Referral agents Outreach staff Expand outreach reach as company grows
QUALIFICATIONS
Leadership or management experience (REQUIRED) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in marketing, outreach, or sales (preferred) Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities Highly organized and results-driven Reliable transportation required
POSITION GOAL
To build and manage a high-performing outreach system that consistently drives new clients and positions the company as a trusted leader in the community.
Pay:
