In this paid role, you will develop and implement outreach programs that promote awareness, support, and collaboration across diverse populations. Responsibilities Design, coordinate, and execute outreach strategies to engage community members, organizations, and stakeholders effectively. Manage volunteer programs by recruiting, training, supervising, and recognizing volunteers to ensure active participation. Develop marketing materials and manage social media platforms to increase visibility and promote upcoming events or initiatives. Lead public speaking engagements at community events, schools, or partner organizations to raise awareness about our programs. Collect data on outreach activities to evaluate effectiveness and inform future planning; prepare reports for internal review. Oversee program development efforts by creating new initiatives aligned with organizational goals and community needs. Collaborate with team members on project management tasks to ensure timely execution of outreach campaigns. Requirements Proven experience in volunteer management, supervising teams of volunteers or staff in community settings. Strong public speaking skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and confidently. Demonstrated success in program development, project management, and marketing strategies. Knowledge of social media management tools and data collection methods for outreach evaluation. Background in social work, public health, addiction counseling or related fields is highly desirable. Leadership qualities with experience in recruiting, training, and motivating diverse teams. Excellent administrative skills including record keeping, scheduling, and reporting responsibilities.
