Community Outreach and Growth Specialist McHur Care El Paso, TX Job Details Full-time $45,000 - $60,000 a year 4 hours ago Benefits Travel reimbursement Qualifications Driver's License Driving Full Job Description McHur Care is seeking an energetic, polished, and community-minded professional to serve as our Community Outreach & Growth Specialist in El Paso. This full-time, field-based position serves as McHur Care's community-facing business development representative for the El Paso market. The specialist will build trusted relationships with schools, healthcare practices, community organizations, faith communities, child-serving agencies, Medicaid stakeholders, and other referral partners while helping appropriate children, adults, and families connect with behavioral health services. This is an ideal opportunity for a persuasive communicator who enjoys developing relationships, presenting to groups, creating community partnerships, and being accountable for measurable growth. What You'll Do Develop and execute a focused outreach and growth plan for El Paso County and approved surrounding communities. Establish relationships with schools, pediatric and family practices, community health centers, churches, daycares, CPS/DFPS offices, Medicaid managed care organizations, courts, and youth-serving nonprofits. Identify the needs of prospective partners and explain McHur Care's services, eligibility considerations, referral pathways, and intake process. Turn outreach efforts into sustained referral partnerships and appropriate, completed client intakes. Deliver engaging presentations to community partners, families, and professional groups. Represent McHur Care at health fairs, resource drives, networking events, community coalitions, and partner meetings. Plan and conduct approved educational sessions and targeted community outreach initiatives. Provide families and referral partners with prompt, empathetic communication and accurate expectations. Maintain complete and accurate CRM records, including contact history, opportunity stage, next steps, referral sources, and outcomes. Track meetings, presentations, producing referral partners, completed intakes, conversion trends, and barriers to accessing care. Provide territory updates, forecasts, and practical recommendations to the West Region Manager. Coordinate with intake, patient care, operations, administration, and marketing teams to support effective handoffs and a consistent McHur Care experience. Protect confidential information and follow HIPAA, Medicaid, marketing, anti-kickback, and organizational compliance requirements. What Success Looks Like Success in this role is measured by more than the number of contacts made. The Community Outreach & Growth Specialist will be expected to: Build and sustain productive referral partnerships. Meet established goals for attributable, eligible, completed client intakes. Maintain consistent community visibility, presentations, follow-up, and field activity. Keep pipeline, referral-source, and forecasting information accurate and current. Represent McHur Care with professionalism, cultural humility, and respect. Preserve community trust through accurate and compliant communication.
