Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and passionate Culture Coordinator to champion our school's vibrant community and foster an engaging, inclusive environment. In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate a variety of cultural initiatives, coordinate events that celebrate our diverse community, and ensure that our organizational values resonate through every activity. Your enthusiasm and organizational prowess will help cultivate a dynamic environment where students, staff, and families feel connected, inspired, and motivated to contribute their best. This position offers an exciting opportunity to help shape the cultural fabric of our school while developing your skills in event and activities planning, school behavior and culture system implementation, and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events, celebrations, and community-building activities Collaborate with administers to develop and implement systems around behavior management and positive reward systems Respond to student behaviors when needed Foster strong relationships with external partners and community organizations Collaborate with administrators in all enrollment efforts including school tours, attending community events, and communicating with potential families Manage the culture calendar including parent and community facing events Track event performance metrics and gather feedback to continually improve future initiatives. Support fundraising efforts by organizing special events that enhance community involvement and organizational visibility. Skills Effective time management to juggle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Outstanding communication skills paired with organizational talent Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders including students, staff, and families
