Job Description
Summary:
The Community Engagement Coordinator plays a key role in growing and supporting our local Clovis office through community engagement, client assessments, recruiting efforts, and relationship building. This position requires a highly motivated self-starter who is comfortable working independently, traveling frequently, and building strong connections within the community. Travel is required up to 75% of the time throughout the service area. This individual will be expected to travel to the Clovis, NM office 2-3 days per week in conjunction with the Clovis Assistant Operating Director. Additional travel to Roswell and Hobbs will be required as needed.Responsibilities will include:
Represent Cornerstone Caregiving at community events, job fairs, recruiting events, healthcare presentations, marketing events, etc. Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and local businesses on a weekly and monthly basis. Coordinate and host outward-facing events and presentations monthly. Assist with marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and client growth. Travel to the Roswell, NM and Hobbs, NM area to market and attend events monthly. This position will be expected to travel to the Clovis, NM office 2-3 times a week and the other days will be in the Lubbock, TX office prepping for the upcoming weeks and collaborating with the Lubbock team. Will assist the Assistant Operating Director in completing virtual and in-person interviews with applicants and in-person orientations with new hires when needed. Complete in-home assessments for potential clients and periodic reassessments for current clients to ensure quality care needs are met. Must be available to attend occasional weekend marketing events and community fairs as needed. Conduct follow-up calls with prospective leads and respond to inbound lead inquiriesQualifications:
Associates Degree preferred but not required. At least one year of marketing experience is required. A valid driver's license is required. Experience in computer skills is required in Google documents, Excel documents and the ability to maneuver several platforms.Pay:
