team supporting Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP). This role supports Outreach & Engagement Services and helps deliver mission-focused outcomes for service members, families, and related stakeholders. Implements

Innovation initiatives; develops AI/ML models, integrates automation pipelines, and ensures secure deployment in DoD environments. This position is contingent upon contract award. Key Responsibilities Coordinate planning and execution support for campaigns, events, and audience engagement activities. Track schedules, dependencies, logistics, and supporting materials across campaign actions. Support after-action capture, metrics gathering, and follow-up coordination. Help ensure events and campaign touchpoints align with messaging and stakeholder needs. Basic Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience. Relevant experience aligned to the role and labor category; openings may be filled at Mid (5-8 yrs), Senior (10-15 yrs). Ability to satisfy applicable Government personnel security requirements for the assigned role and work with sensitive but unclassified information. Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills in a mission-focused delivery environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting public sector, defense, or mission-focused digital communications programs. Familiarity with audience analytics, user-centered design, accessibility, and content performance measurement. Experience collaborating across content, design, stakeholder engagement, social media, and campaign teams. Work Setting This role is expected to support work in the Alexandria, Virginia area, with on-site support at the DoD Mark Center or other customer-approved locations as required. Hybrid support in the Alexandria, Virginia area is expected, with on-site support as required by the customer.
