Job Description

Job Summary:
The Outreach Liaison serves as the primary community representative for MSV, building relationships with local organizations, coordinating health outreach events, and promoting awareness of vascular health services. This role is responsible for engaging community partners, organizing screenings and educational programs, and following up with prospective patients to connect them with care. The ideal candidate is a motivated, people-oriented professional who enjoys working in the field, fostering community partnerships, and making a positive impact on patient health outcomes. This position will require travel throughout the Hampton Roads area.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with community partners, including senior centers, businesses, and wellness organizations. Represent MSV at networking events, health fairs, and community outreach activities. Plan, coordinate, and lead PAD screenings, educational seminars, and health events. Manage event logistics, setup, and on-site operations to ensure successful execution. Educate community members about vascular health and available services. Follow up with event attendees and schedule patient consultations. Track and manage leads, helping convert prospects into new patients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience. Maintain strong community engagement and expand awareness of MSV's mission and services. A sales, marketing, or business-related degree is preferred or equivalent business and/or customer service experience Experience in community outreach or field-based work and event planning preferred Energetic go-getter Strong communication skills A confident, professional and polished speaker Quick and competent learner in order to memorize procedures offered as well as related medical information. Medical background or clinical experience is a plus
