Job Description
At Chick-fil-A, our Marketing Team Leader plays a key role in growing the business and strengthening our connection with the community. They are responsible for supporting local store marketing, community outreach, catering growth, events, promotions, and brand awareness. They do this through creativity, organization, hospitality, relationship-building, and follow-through. This role is ideal for someone who is relational, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating meaningful connections with guests, schools, businesses, and the community. Help grow catering, delivery, mobile orders, and other sales-building opportunities Create and organize marketing materials, signage, flyers, and communication pieces as needed Partner with leadership to identify sales goals, marketing priorities, and business needs Represent Chick-fil-A with professionalism, hospitality, and care in the community Support social media content, photos, stories, and local marketing communication as assigned Track marketing efforts, event results, community connections, and sales-building opportunities Communicate clearly with team members, leaders, guests, and community partners Uphold Chick-fil-A's culture, values, standards, policies, and dress code Support restaurant operations and other duties as assigned

Additional Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation. Proof of insurance may be required.
