Part-time The Kids Elementary Coordinator partners with the Kids Pastor/Director to create engaging, Christ-centered environments where elementary-aged children can know Jesus, build meaningful relationships, and grow in their faith. This role provides leadership for FourFive (4th/5th grade) Midweek and Sunday mornings, develops volunteers, supports families, and helps execute the vision of Bayside Kids with excellence every weekend and at key ministry events. Areas of Primary Responsibilities Weekend Experience & Ministry Execution Coordinate assigned elementary ministry environments to provide safe, engaging, and excellent weekend experiences for 4th and 5th grades. Assist in preparing and implementing curriculum, lessons, supplies, and classroom activities. Ensure classrooms are prepared, organized, and fully staffed before each service. Partner with the Kids Pastor/Director to maintain high ministry standards and consistent execution. Assist with ministry events, camps, special services, and seasonal programming throughout the year. Volunteer Leadership & Development Recruit, onboard, train, schedule, and encourage volunteers serving in elementary ministry. Build healthy volunteer teams that are equipped, appreciated, and growing in leadership. Provide coaching, encouragement, and ongoing feedback to volunteers. Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that reflects Bayside's values. Parent Engagement Build relationships with families and serve as a welcoming, approachable resource for parents. Communicate regularly with parents regarding ministry updates, events, and next steps. Partner with parents to support their children's spiritual growth. Ministry Administration Assist with planning calendars, preparing materials, maintaining ministry supplies, and supporting ministry budgets. Maintain accurate volunteer schedules, attendance, and ministry records as needed. Help ensure safety, security, and check-in procedures are consistently followed. General Responsibilities Maintain personal, physical, emotional, and spiritual health, while practicing a deepening walk with Jesus Christ. Connect regularly with the Kids Director on the vision of Bayside Kids. Work as part of the Children's Ministry team and assist with the development of a strategic vision for Kids Ministry Be present at worship services and strategic special events as directed. Perform other duties as directed by the Kids Director/Pastor.

Position includes working weekends, evenings, and holidays.
