Job Description Our Current Context We are at a moment of critical change. Having stabilized our membership after a period of decline, we are focused on growing the reach of our church and creating a larger, vibrant congregation better positioned to thrive for the long term and to build on the strengths of our highly committed and closely connected membership.

Key Leadership Needs Congregational Development, Adaptive Leadership, Servant & Collaborative Leadership, Stewardship & Fundraising Support, Evolving our Evangelism & Strategic Programming. We seek a priest who: can lead us in creating clear pathways for newcomers, while deepening the spiritual lives of current members. is capable of building a stronger place for our church in a secular context without losing our Episcopal identity. is a contemporary and culturally savvy priest who is comfortable experimenting to evangelize our faith and strengthen our parish's ties to the broader community. is eager to refresh our liturgical practices, re-imagine the use of our facilities, and engage actively in person and online to help COS become a center for faith, community, arts and connection. is a tenacious leader, grounded in the Gospel, who is excited to join us in the shared mission of supporting our membership and growing our church community. is a contemporary and culturally savvy priest who is comfortable experimenting to evangelize our faith and strengthen our parish's ties to the broader community.
