As Student Ministry Coordinator , you won't just plan gatherings—you'll help cultivate a movement of young people who are learning to follow Jesus authentically and make Him known. This role is more than a position; it's an opportunity to invest deeply in the next generation by partnering with parents, equipping volunteers, and building a thriving community rooted in discipleship and connection. Hours:
part-time, non-exempt; average 16 hours
Responsibilities:
Invest in and deepen your relationship with Jesus Work alongside the Fearless student ministry team to help form teachings, experiences for weekly gatherings, and term groups. Be the primary teacher for youth group; but also empower volunteers to lead and teach Invite, invest and inspire volunteers, casting vision for their unique role in the ministry. Build and develop volunteer teams to support student ministry programming and events. Plan, lead and execute student ministry events, mission trips and special services. Assist in planning, leading and executing leader trainings and student retreats. Collaborate in development of curriculum for student ministries within the Fearless Student Ministry team. Assist with upkeeping the database, website and social media as related to students Research and understand student and family culture As a staff we value:

Qualifications:
- Preferred 2-5 years' experience in youth ministry
- Preferred proven ability to develop, lead, and motivate volunteer teams
- A people person who is creative and discipleship oriented.
