Job Description

Description Coordinates parish faith formation and sacramental programs for children and youth, supporting catechesis, sacramental preparation, and ongoing spiritual growth.
Responsibilities:
Organizes and oversees parish faith formation program.
Ex:
First Communion, First Reconciliation, and Confirmation preparation including retreat Manages Little Church program (Sunday mornings) Coordinates volunteers for program Facilitates curriculum planning and program evaluation Directs parish faith formation for specified group Plans and organizes activities for specific faith formation groups
Qualifications:
Degree or certification in Religious Education or Theology preferred Experience in parish ministry or catechesis required Knowledge of Catholic doctrine and pastoral practices Requirements This is a part-time position with Sunday morning work attendance required and flexible hours, up to 25 hours per week.
