The Client Discipleship Lead will lead and grow QCPRC's discipleship initiatives that provide pathways for clients to move from crisis support into lasting Gospel-centered community and connection with the local church. This role manages and coordinates monthly Wheels of Hope (church community outreach) events, participates in HOPE Class (parenting classes), and develops additional client discipleship pathways that bridge clients from QCPRC to the local church. Duties Experience coordinating events, volunteers, or ministry programs; strong logistical planning and follow-through. Comfortable building relationships with clients and church partners with warmth, discretion, and compassion. Ability to work evenings and weekends as required; dependable and able to lead on-site during Wheels of Hope events. Strong collaboration skills across departments; maintains confidentiality and protects client dignity. Competent using Microsoft 365 and scheduling/tracking tools; able to capture outcomes and next steps reliably. Cultivates and maintains strong working relationships with volunteers by providing ongoing relational support, including but not limited to prayer, follow-up communications, and sending thoughtful cards. Qualifications Committed Christian who has and demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. Strong commitment and dedication to the sanctity of human life, particularly issues related to abortion. Agreement with and willingness to uphold the Statement of Principle, Statement of Faith, Mission Statement, and QCPRC policies and procedures. Minimum two years of experience as a volunteer or employee in some ministry capacity. Minimum two years in a helping profession which has entailed management experience or equivalent. Skilled in interpersonal communication, organization, and problem solving. Ability to provide spiritual leadership and discipleship for staff and volunteers. Ability to fulfill responsibilities with little supervision. Excellent discernment and decision-making skills specifically related to stewardship of QC PRC mission and resources. Strong administrative skills. A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace. Excels at operating in a fast paced, community environment. Excellent people skills, open to direction and collaborative work style and commitment to getting the job done. Experience connecting with the local church and a deep understanding of the pregnancy center's mission. Ability to strategize and build a solid church partnership base.
