Job Description

The Coordinator of Religious Education plans, directs, and evaluates the catechetical program at Saint Michael Parish, Kalida for children (preschool through 8th grade). Recruits, trains, and mentors paid catechists for daily religious instruction of 1st through 8th graders. Develops goals, objectives, and strategic vision for the religious education program at Saint Michael Parish, Kalida.
Top Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Theology, Religious Education or a related field preferred. Strong administrative, organizational and leadership skills. Ability to train catechists in technology use. Ability to engage parents and encourage them in their role as primary educators of their children.
