Job Description
THE OPPORTUNITY
Faith Promise Church is seeking a full-time fpKIDS Pastor/Director (depending on experience) to lead kids ministry at our Anderson Campus. You'll lead all aspects of fpKIDS for children from birth through 5th grade, manage and develop 50+ volunteers, and create an environment where kids and families encounter Jesus and experience spiritual transformation. This is a leadership role perfect for someone ready to scale kids ministry impact in a dynamic, multisite church.
ABOUT FAITH PROMISE
We exist to win the world by equipping Christ-followers to win their world, starting with 1% of Tennessee. We're a multisite church committed to helping people encounter Jesus, become fully devoted followers of Christ, and lead others to do the same. Our culture is fast-moving, mission-focused, and centered on our core values: Love God, Love People, Discover Purpose, Win Our World. If you're passionate about kids' spiritual formation and excited about advancing God's Kingdom through a growing, multisite organization, this is for you.

Design and execute milestone events (KidSteps, Child Dedications, Pop-Up Weekends) and outreach events that connect families to the Faith Promise community. Develop team leaders and create layers of volunteer leadership (coaches, small group captains) to multiply ministry impact. Own strategic planning, budgeting, scheduling, and operational excellence to run a high-capacity, scalable kids ministry. Contribute to church-wide initiatives and special events that advance our mission to win the world by equipping Christ-followers.
