The director works under the leadership of the Senior Pastor to help children know Jesus Christ, grow in their understanding of God's Word, and develop a biblical foundation for lifelong discipleship. This position also equips parents as the primary disciplers of their children, recruits and supports volunteers, and ensures that children's ministry programs are safe, welcoming, organized, and consistent with the doctrine and mission of the church.
