Job Description
Resolve is seeking an experienced and relationship-focused Clinical Liaison to support referral development, admissions growth, and community outreach throughout the Tucson market. This position plays a key role in building strong partnerships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive the care they need. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, physicians, and community partners Generate referrals and support admissions growth initiatives Serve as a resource for referral sources regarding services and admission criteria Coordinate with admissions and clinical teams to facilitate patient transitions Conduct facility tours, presentations, and educational meetings Track referral activity and maintain accurate records Represent Resolve at networking events and community outreach activities Qualifications Experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, business development, case management, or a clinical liaison role preferred Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, home health, hospice, or hospital experience strongly preferred Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Tucson market Benefits Competitive compensation package Mileage reimbursement Medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off Professional growth opportunities Supportive and collaborative leadership team If you are passionate about building relationships, helping patients access quality care, and driving growth through exceptional service, we encourage you to apply.
