Admissions Counselor Newport Beach, CA $70,000

    Thursday-Monday, 2:00 PM
  • 10:00 PM Experience with Zoho CRM Preferred Position Summary Renaissance Recovery is hiring an Admissions Counselor to support new clients and their families during the intake process.
As the first point of contact, you'll assist with screenings, insurance verification, documentation, and ensure a smooth transition into care. Key Responsibilities Respond to intake and inquiry calls Complete admission screenings and gather client information Enter data accurately into EMR (Kipu) and Zoho CRM Verify insurance benefits and coordinate pre-authorizations Prepare and manage all admission-related documentation Communicate any client concerns to the clinical team Support client retention and satisfaction during onboarding Qualifications High school diploma or GED Minimum 1 years' experience in drug/alcohol or behavioral health admissions Comfortable with EMR systems; Kipu experience a plus Experience with Zoho CRM (preferred) or similar systems Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve
