Duties Manage the process from start to end - to generate new enrollments and improve retention. Conduct engaging sessions to present program offerings and answer prospective students' questions confidently Assist applicants throughout the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment, with in-person appointments Create and update marketing strategies Utilize a CRM to manage applicant data, track application statuses Recruit prospective students by participating in outreach events, campus tours, and virtual information sessions Provide academic advising insights to help students understand program options and requirements Experience Proven experience in public speaking, recruitment, or working directly with students in an educational setting Background in education administration or university operations is advantageous Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect effectively with diverse student populations Experience working with college-bound students preferred.
