BayCare Alliant Hospital is an acute long-term facility located in Dunedin, Florida and part of BayCare Health System. The hospital provides a multi-disciplinary, family centered approach to care, focusing on diagnostic, medical treatment, and rehabilitation services for patients with complex medical conditions requiring extended stays. The Responsibilities of the Admissions Liaison-Alliant include: Makes clinical decisions for evaluating and coordinating referrals to the Hospital. Implements and follows up on marketing activities to physicians, case managers, social workers, and other referral sources. Increases the Hospital's current volume by building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential referral sources. May be asked to inform referral sources of other services and programs provided by the hospital. Performs other duties as assigned.
