We are looking for a dedicated Director of Admissions to join our nursing home community and play a key role in welcoming new residents and their families. What You'll Experience Be a trusted guide for residents and families during the admissions process Work in a supportive, team-oriented environment that values compassion and collaboration Build genuine connections that make a difference every day Key Responsibilities Support prospective residents and families through each step of the admission process with clarity and care Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions into the community Represent the organization with professionalism while reflecting its values and culture Use feedback, data, and experience to enhance and refine the admissions process Create a welcoming and positive first impression for every new resident What We're Looking For At least 2 years of experience in healthcare admissions, marketing, or a related field Experience in long-term care is required Strong understanding of Medicare, third-party billing, and medical terminology Ability to communicate effectively with physicians and clinical staff regarding evaluations A professional, compassionate approach with a strong focus on service and relationship-building A proactive mindset with the ability to improve processes and patient experience Equal Opportunity Employer
