Qualifications bachelor's degree 3 years minimum successful senior living sales results Polished, elegant, articulate, & professional appearance and demeanor Responsibilities manage the CRM/lead pipeline (Welcome Home software), building relationships with families and referral sources handle inbound inquiries and some outbound/cold calling coordinate move-in logistics once a deal closes
