Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Admissions Representative to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process with enthusiasm and clarity. Your passion for education and ability to communicate effectively will help inspire students to pursue their career goals while ensuring a smooth and engaging enrollment experience. Duties Actively engage with prospective students through campus visits, and outreach events to promote program offerings. Provide detailed information about courses, programs, financial aid options, and admission requirements with transparency and enthusiasm. Assist applicants in completing their admissions applications accurately and efficiently. Conduct presentations and public speaking engagements to showcase the benefits of our programs and answer questions confidently. Collaborate with academic advisors and staff to ensure prospective students receive comprehensive guidance throughout the enrollment process. Maintain accurate records of interactions using the institution's student information system, Ellucian. Follow up regularly with prospective students to nurture relationships and encourage enrollment decisions. Qualifications Proven experience in public speaking, education administration, or recruiting roles within a university or training environment. Strong working knowledge of Ellucian or similar student information systems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds. Prior experience working with students or in academic advising is highly desirable. Demonstrated enthusiasm for education, teaching, or related fields such as university experience or academic mentoring.
