Primary Responsibilities:
Guide prospective graduate business students through the application and enrollment process. Meet with prospective students to assess academic eligibility, discuss program offerings and career outcomes, and provide information about the graduate student experience at Roosevelt. Attend in-person and virtual events to recruit students. Serve as an initial point of contact for post-admission processes. Collaborate with academic affairs, Financial Aid Services, Academic Advising, and other support offices to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Assistant Director of Graduate Admission. The salary range for this position is $52,000- 54,000.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required A Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred. 2-3 years of experience working in admissions, enrollment, higher education, recruitment, sales, or a related field preferred. Ability to manage relationships both externally and within Roosevelt University. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations in a multicultural environment. Ability to navigate sensitive conversations with care and tact. Demonstrated initiative and ability to prioritize and work independently. Ability to engage and motivate prospective students throughout the enrollment process. Understands the landscape of higher education recruitment and can identify obstacles, opportunities, and potential solutions. Comfortable using data to monitor recruitment activity, identify trends, and inform outreach strategies. Ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion when working with admission counselors, prospective students and external partners. Ability to demonstrate a commitment to service excellence by embodying Roosevelt's core values, mission, and vision in every aspect of the role working with students, faculty, staff, and visitors. A positive and professional demeanor. Experience with database systems (CRM and/or SIS) to input and access individualized and general information related to recruitment and enrollment . Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Valid driver's license and/or means to travel for recruitment. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree Equipment Operated Working Conditions Normal climate-controlled office environment is provided. Job is largely sedentary, but there is a need to move about the office and buildings frequently. Occasional bending, stooping, lifting, pushing and/or pulling is required (typically less than 10 pounds of weight or pressure). Regular use of desktop computer is required, calling for frequent hand/wrist movement and repetition. Moderate level of stress. Occasional travel within the local or regional setting may be required.
