Sitting for long periods of time. Shift Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (40 hours/week). Job Summary This position directly supports Enrollment Management and University goals to admit and matriculate a growing freshman class. Ensure students are admitted within established service objectives and maintain accurate application data processing. This position will serve as a liaison between Admission Operations and the Undergraduate Recruitment to ensure that excellent communication is maintained. This position will be responsible for answering inquiries from internal and external customers related to application statuses, admission operations process/procedures, and updates. Student Success will, from the time of early college outreach to graduation and beyond, support students in living a life of meaning and purpose. From a student-centered framework, our practice will be grounded in peer-reviewed literature, national best practices, and data-informed decision-making. Collaborating with the campus and community, Student Success will work through a holistic lens to support a community of learners in achieving success.
Skills / Knowledge
/ Abilities MS Windows, MS Office (including word, outlook, Excel), SAP (SLCM) experience preferred. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and decision making ability. Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No Preferred Education/Experience Prior work with high school students preferred. Bachelors degree plus one year of related experience is also preferred.
