Job Description
Admission Counselor, Continuing Education and Graduate Programs The Admission Counselor, Continuing Education and Graduate Programs serves as a key member of the enrollment team responsible for recruiting and enrolling prospective students for select continuing education and graduate programs. This role supports the growth of online and continuing education programs by providing personalized guidance throughout the admission process and ensuring a smooth and supportive applicant experience.

Essential Functions:
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students interested in continuing education and graduate programs; Provide one-on-one counseling via phone, email, video call, and in-person meetings to guide students through the admission and enrollment process; Conduct outreach through phone campaigns, email follow-ups, texting, and virtual info sessions to increase engagement and application completion; Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop targeted campaigns and outreach efforts; Review applications for admission and make recommendations in alignment with institutional policies and program criteria; Track and manage applicant pipelines using Salesforce (CRM); Represent the institution at virtual and in-person recruitment events, employer partnerships, community organizations, and other outreach opportunities; Support students in understanding transfer credit, prior learning assessments, financial aid, and academic pathways; Partner with academic departments and advising teams to ensure accurate program information and a seamless handoff post-enrollment; Provide excellent customer service to prospective students and their families with a focus on accessibility, flexibility, and empathy.Additional Functions :
Respect and maintain confidentiality, parameters of operation, professional protocols, and individual privacy; Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or their designee.Job Requirements:

Ability to adapt to changing priorities, problem solve and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work and be successful in individual or team projects. Ability to focus, work and perform the necessary tasks in a shared office space. Demonstrate positive attitudes and positive actions through a display of courtesy, congeniality, cooperation, sensitivity and professionalism to deal with a variety of individuals. Ability to function independently, attention to detail, work under pressure, and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required 1-3 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, advising, or student services, preferably in online or adult education. Strong interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills. Ability to build relationships with diverse student populations, including working professionals and adult learners. Comfort with technology and student information systems; experience with CRM systems highly desirable. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required. Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with online and hybrid program recruitment. Understanding of transfer credit processes, prior learning assessments, and non-traditional student pathways. Familiarity with adult learning principles and challenges faced by working professionals returning to school. Experience working with international studentsSalary Range:
