Hospital Liaison

Abingdon Care Center is seeking a Hospital Liaison / External Liaison to support census growth and strengthen referral relationships throughout the region. This role is focused on building and maintaining relationships with hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, and community referral sources. The ideal candidate understands the skilled nursing environment and can effectively represent the facility while driving admissions and occupancy growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals and referral sources Meet with case managers, discharge planners, and community partners Support census growth and referral development initiatives Coordinate closely with Admissions and clinical leadership regarding referrals Represent the facility at networking events and community outreach opportunities Track referral activity and maintain strong communication with partners Support overall marketing and admissions strategy Qualifications Prior liaison, admissions, or healthcare marketing experience preferred Skilled Nursing Facility or post-acute care experience strongly preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and manage external relationships Organized and goal-oriented mindset What's Being Offered Competitive compensation aligned with experience Opportunity to directly impact facility growth Supportive leadership environment Long-term growth opportunity within the organization IND456
