Admissions & Outreach Manager (MSW / CASAC / CASAC-T)

A nonprofit services organization in New York City is seeking a licensed professional to join their team in Manhattan as their new Admissions & Outreach Manager. As a member of their Mother & Child Residential Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program, the Admissions & Outreach Manager will be responsible for admissions operations and census growth.  About the

Residential SUD Program Responsibilities:

Reviewing and evaluating referrals for program appropriateness Conducting phone screenings and intake assessments Determining eligibility for admission and scheduling intakes Ensuring timely and accurate documentation Driving census growth and conducting outreach to community partners Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

5 years of experience in Addiction, Counseling, or SUD treatment Master's Degree One of the following licensures: MSW, LCSW, LMHC, CASAC, or CASAC-T credential Experience with NextGen EHR Supervisory experience Excellent communication skills Leadership ability Independence and initiative

Desired Qualifications:

Bilingual (English and Spanish) Prior experience in Admissions and/or Intakes Utilization Review skills
