This position involves building relationships with potential applicants, providing them with information about educational programs, and assisting them in making informed decisions about their academic future. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service and sales skills, enabling them to effectively communicate the value of our institution and its offerings. Duties Engage with prospective students through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Provide detailed information about academic programs, admission requirements, and campus resources. Assist applicants in completing their admissions applications and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted. Conduct follow-ups with prospective students to answer questions and encourage enrollment. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate a smooth admissions process. Participate in recruitment events and outreach activities to promote the institution. Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students in the admissions database. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with prospective students. Proven sales abilities to effectively promote educational programs and drive enrollment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and persuasive interactions. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Proficient in using technology and software related to admissions processes.
