Job Description

Mother Teresa Regional Catholic School is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Director of Enrollment & Development to lead student recruitment, strengthen community partnerships, and expand philanthropic support. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves connecting with people, telling compelling stories, and helping a mission-driven school grow. This position is ideal for an energetic self-starter who enjoys being out in the community, building meaningful relationships, and turning interest into enrollment while creating a culture of philanthropy. Key ResponsibilitiesEnrollment Management Develop and implement a comprehensive enrollment strategy to increase student enrollment. Lead prospective families through the admissions process from inquiry to registration. Conduct school tours and serve as the primary ambassador for prospective families. Build relationships with local preschools, parishes, businesses, and community organizations. Coordinate open houses, shadow days, and recruitment events. Track enrollment data and maintain an organized admissions pipeline. Work closely with the principal to establish enrollment goals and measure progress. Development & Advancement Create and implement an annual development plan. Cultivate relationships with donors, alumni, parishioners, and community partners. Coordinate annual giving campaigns and stewardship efforts. Identify sponsorship opportunities for school events. Assist with grant research and applications. Collaborate with the Home & School Association and fundraising committees. Build a culture of giving that supports the school's mission and future. Marketing & Communications Partner with the school's marketing team to ensure messaging aligns with enrollment goals. Share success stories that highlight the school's Catholic identity, academic excellence, and vibrant community. Represent the school at parish, community, and networking events. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in admissions, enrollment management, development, fundraising, marketing, sales, or relationship management. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Comfortable speaking with families and presenting to groups. Experience using databases or CRM systems is preferred. Passion for Catholic education and the mission of the Church.
