Job Description
BASIC PURPOSE
The Enrollment Coach is responsible for building relationships with prospective students and applicants through phone, email, text and in person contact to assist them with navigating the College's enrollment processes. In addition, the Enrollment Coach will meet with prospective students and applicants to discuss academic programs, financial aid information and options, course options and answer any questions for the purposes of recruitment and enrollment. Enrollment Coaches must have an understanding of academic advisement, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, database tracking, and report generation. The Enrollment Coach is responsible for funnel management and is expected to assist with college tours, campus presentations and off campus events. Evenings and weekends required as needed, especially during peak times of the year.- This position has college-wide responsibilities and requires travel between all campuses and off-site locations. The primary office location is the Pottstown campus.
- This position requires the PA Child Abuse, PA State Police, and FBI Fingerprinting clearances for employment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the primary point of contact for proscpective students/applicants providing consistent, accurate, and timely information about the College's policies and programs. Using proper funnel management, consistently follow-up with prospects and applicants utilizing the customer relationship management (CRM) tool to monitor their progress as they move through the enrollment process. CRM records must be updated accurately and in real time when working with the prospective student/applicants. Meet pre-determined enrollment goals per semester. Conduct campus presentations/tours and off-campus events as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Associate's degree. Bi-lingual preferred. Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management tools (CRM) and database software use. Proven ability to meet or exceed individual goals and positively contribute to overall team goals. Customer service and sales or marketing experience. Previous experience working in student services in a higher education environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evening and weekends. Ability to travel to off-campus sites.
