Director of Admissions Silver Stream Rehabilitation and Nursing Center Full-Time Silver Stream Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a motivated and experienced Director of Admissions to lead our admissions process and help grow our short-term rehabilitation and long-term care census. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who understands the healthcare referral process and enjoys building relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, and families.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the admissions process from referral through admission Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, case managers, and other referral sources Review referrals and coordinate with the clinical team to determine appropriate admissions Respond promptly to inquiries and referral opportunities Conduct facility tours and communicate the benefits and services of the facility to prospective residents and families Work closely with the marketing, nursing, and social services teams to ensure smooth admissions Follow up with referral sources and maintain strong ongoing relationships Monitor admissions activity, referral trends, and census opportunities Ensure admissions are completed accurately and efficiently in accordance with facility policies and regulations Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and referral partners

Qualifications:

Previous experience in admissions, marketing, business development, or healthcare preferred Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience strongly preferred Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organizational and follow-up skills Self-motivated, professional, and results-oriented Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of the local healthcare market and referral network a plus
